About the Role
Sundus Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Backhoe Loader Operator to operate CAT 216B3 Skid Steer Loader and CAT 426 Backhoe Loader for loading, grading, excavation, and material handling in Abu Dhabi.

- Operate CAT 426 Backhoe Loader for excavation, trenching, and utility works
- Conduct daily equipment checks (fluids, hydraulics, tires, attachments)
- Follow site instructions, method statements, and HSE procedures
- Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Maintain operation logs and ensure safe work around personnel and utilities
Requirements
- Experience operating CAT 216B3 Skid Steer Loader and CAT 426 Backhoe Loader
- Ability to conduct daily equipment checks (fluids, hydraulics, tires, attachments)
- Knowledge of HSE procedures and safe work practices
- Ability to perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues

Responsibilities
- Operate CAT 216B3 Skid Steer Loader (51 HP, 635 kg ROC, 0.37 m³ bucket) for loading, grading, and material handling.
- Operate CAT 426 Backhoe Loader (93 HP, MP bucket with forks, extendable stick, 1.0 m³ loader bucket, 0.18 m³ backhoe bucket) for excavation, trenching, and utility works.
- Conduct daily equipment checks (fluids, hydraulics, tires, attachments).
- Follow site instructions, method statements, and HSE procedures.
- Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain operation logs and ensure safe work around personnel and utilities.
