Salary
- Salary is £75,000–£90,000.
Location and Working Pattern
- The role is UK remote.
- Minimal office travel is required, approximately one to two times per month.
- Quarterly company get-togethers are expected.
- The hiring process includes an onsite stage that can be completed remotely.

What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy new backend capabilities, including sophisticated AI systems.
- Propose designs, evaluate trade-offs, and drive technical changes from design to deployment.
- Improve observability, incident response, performance, scaling, and automation.
