Responsibilities
- Sustain branch revenue by retaining existing customers through exceptional service
- Convert walk in customers into sales and acquire new customers
- Develop monthly sales plans and forecasts for continuous growth
- Identify market needs, introduce new product varieties, and perform competitive analysis
- Provide end to end customer support for order fulfillment and grievance resolution
- Coordinate procurement to ensure timely import or local purchase of products
- Follow up with inactive customers to re engage them
- Update daily sales reports on meetings, sales, customer issues, and stock requirements
- Supervise staff, allocate duties, manage attendance, and handle performance appraisals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE
- UAE Driving License
- Fluent in Tamil

Job Purpose
- Accountable for day to day supervision of retail branch, including sales, administration, staff management, stock management, customer service and financial performance.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Sustain the revenue of the branch by retaining existing customers by providing exceptional customer service.
- Successfully convert the walk in customers into sales.
- Make a monthly sales plan and forecast for continuous growth.
- Identify the market needs, introduce new varieties, and variants of products, and make a competitive analysis of products and pricing.
- Keep a tap on non moving products / designs and take suitable action as needed.
- To provide end to end support to customers through the process of order fulfilment and grievance resolution; address and resolve customers' distress and issues.
- Ensure that products are delivered on time.
- Review and ensure pending orders are closed before placing new sales orders.
- Coordinate with the respective personnel to ensure customer requested products are imported on time or purchased locally for delivery.
- Follow up with inactive customers to make them buy the company’s products.
- Update the daily sales report on meetings, sales done, value obtained, customer issues, stock requirements, and manpower issues.
- Supervise and allocate duties to staff. Staff attendance, movement, and leave management.
