About the Role
Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a B2B Sales Coordinator to support the B2B Sales Manager with administrative tasks, including report preparation, customer inquiries, and quotation management.

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily individual report and other sales/KPI reports
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly
- Maintain department filing system ensuring customers data are updated and filed
- Compile and format statistical and budget related reports, maintain related databases
- Prepare quotations for customers based on customer and business requirements
- Liaise with store teams and interior designers to ensure availability of stocks
- Champion customer service standards in line with company guidelines
- Support internal teams through the sales process
Requirements
- High School Certificate
- 2 years retail experience in cash handling and/or secretarial experience
- Proficient customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Role Profile
- Responsible for the preparation of daily individual report and other sales/KPI reports.
- Answer and direct customer phone calls and ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for maintaining department filing system ensuring customers data are updated and filed at all times.
- Compile and format statistical and budget related reports, maintain related databases and enter new data as required.
- Prepare quotations for customers based on the customer and business requirements.
- Liaise with the store teams and interior designers to ensure availability of stocks.
- A champion of Customer Service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Support internal teams as and when required through the sales process.
Requirements
- High School Certificate
- 2 years retail experience in cash handling and/or secretarial experience
- Proficient customer service
- Problem solving
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
