Role Overview
Design, build, and scale Azure cloud and hybrid-cloud ecosystems for a large financial enterprise.
Create a robust platform foundation for application teams with a focus on AI services, security, and FinOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-ready Azure environments from scratch using a landing zone approach.
- Integrate and manage Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, and Content Safety services.
- Standardize deployments with Terraform for consistency and modularity.
- Manage API lifecycles using Azure API Management and Kong.
- Manage cloud costs by analyzing SKUs and applying FinOps practices.
- Implement monitoring and alerting to prevent budget overruns.
- Design automated GitHub Workflows for infrastructure and application CI/CD.
Technical Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with the Azure Cloud Platform.
- Expert-level Terraform skills.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and OpenAI Service.
- Expert knowledge of network architecture, including VNETs, peering, firewalls, and private links.
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management or Kong.
- Ability to create professional cloud architecture diagrams and provide solutions architecture guidance.
