Responsibilities
- Support and manage client relationships across a broad range of financial planning areas, including retirement planning, tax strategy, investment management, equity compensation, real estate, and estate coordination
- Assist a senior advisor in servicing existing clients while progressively taking on more responsibility and ownership of relationships over time
- Engage with new client inquiries and leads, converting introductions into long term advisory relationships
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive community and professional engagement
- Leverage modern financial planning tools and platforms to deliver tailored, high quality advice and client experiences
- Contribute to the operational development of the advisory practice and support its long term growth and succession planning
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 license (required)
- Strong understanding of core financial planning principles, including retirement planning, investment management, and tax fundamentals
- Client centric mindset with a strong focus on building trusted, long term relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and growth oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a client pipeline and follow through on commitments independently
- Bonus: CFP® designation (or in progress), existing book of business, or experience working with executives, tech professionals, or retirees
- Bonus: Familiarity with financial planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro

Position Overview
