Greet customers at the workshop, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and record all required services accurately.
Create clear and precise job cards so technicians can perform repairs correctly and efficiently.
Keep customers updated on repair progress and inform them about expected vehicle delivery timelines.
Review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
Work towards assigned KPIs related to service sales and customer satisfaction.
Track incoming vehicles and monitor those currently under service to ensure smooth workflow.
Suggest additional services or preventive maintenance based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner to build trust and long term relationships.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of services and proper communication.
Job Experience Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics to explain services and repairs clearly to customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients professionally.
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple service cases.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide practical solutions to customer issues.
Basic computer skills for creating job cards and updating service records.
