Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants
- Identify tax risks and provide recommendations for tax optimization
- Maintain accurate financial and tax records
- Support management with audit reports, tax analysis, and compliance updates
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience in audit and tax roles
- Strong knowledge of taxation laws and audit procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Real Estate experience is required

Job Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Audit & Tax Expert to manage internal and external audits, ensure tax compliance, and provide expert advice on tax planning and regulatory requirements.

- Real Estate experience is required.
