- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification

Position Summary
- Animar, reclutar, registrar y citar a los huéspedes para que participen en actividades recreativas.
- Promover un ambiente alegre y cómodo para los huéspedes.
- Brindar información a los huéspedes sobre las instalaciones y actividades recreativas.
- Promover las normas y reglamentos de las instalaciones de recreo destinadas a la seguridad y bienestar de los huéspedes y miembros.
- Observar las actividades en las instalaciones de recreo y responder apropiadamente de acuerdo con el procedimiento de operación local en el caso de una emergencia.
- Identificar posibles situaciones donde los huéspedes no pueden participar con seguridad en una actividad e informar a un supervisor/gerente.
- Limpiar y mantener en condiciones el equipo y los suministros de uso recreativo.
- Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad.
Aptitudes Deseables
- Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (GED).
- Experiencia laboral afín: No se requiere experiencia laboral afín.
- Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.
Aptitudes Obligatorias
- Licencia o certificación: Certificación en reanimación cardiopulmonar
- Certificación en primeros auxilios
- Equipo de recreación
- Toda certificación o formación requerida por agencias locales y estatales.
