Company Overview
- The Group Vintage has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International to convert the Vintage Grand Hotel to a dual branded Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai Production City.
- The property is set to be the largest Marriott Executive Apartments in UAE, bringing new F&B experiences to the area.
- Projected opening in Q4 2025, the hotel will feature 365 rooms, multiple dining outlets, M Club lounge, pool, fitness center, and tennis court.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding customer service to both guests and employees, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s service culture.
- Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service.
- Responds quickly and proactively to employee's concerns.
- Uses coaching skills throughout the property.
- Demonstrates self confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Motivates and encourages staff to solve guest and employee related concerns.

Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
- 4+ year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 10,000.00 per month.
