- Track recurring supplier spend and highlight cost reduction opportunities
- Review WPS related expenses for alignment with company policies and approved budgets
- Prepare accurate WPS financial reports covering actual spend, budget utilization, and pending invoices

Overview
- The Associate WPS Cost and Reporting is responsible for supporting cost analysis, reporting, and data management activities related to the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- The role ensures accurate preparation of reports, monitoring of payroll related costs, maintenance of records, and timely delivery of management information.
Responsibilities
- WPS Cost Tracking & Budget Control: Track costs related to WPS and monitor expenses against budgets.
- Invoice Review & Payment Governance: Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and properly approved.
- Supplier Spend Analysis & Cost Saving Support: Prepare supplier cost comparisons and quotation analysis.
- Expense Compliance & Financial Control: Review WPS related expenses for compliance with policies.
- High Quality Financial Reporting & Data Management: Prepare accurate WPS financial reports.
