Experience and Education

  • Typically 14-15 years of wet utilities engineering experience.
  • Significant experience on large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects, including leadership of multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Process Engineering.
  • A master’s degree in water resources, hydraulics, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in stormwater and foul drainage, culverts, channels, pressurised water, firefighting, irrigation, pumping stations, reservoirs, and storage tanks.
  • Advanced proficiency in SewerGEMS, StormCAD, WaterGEMS, WaterCAD, WaterHAMMER, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, or related modelling tools.
  • Competence in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and GIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of international and local water, wastewater, stormwater, and fire protection codes and standards.

Professional Capabilities

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
