Overview
TASC Outsourcing is seeking an Associate Technician, Paint Shop Process to support daily paint shop operations in Jeddah.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix paint formulations according to approved formulas and production schedules.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain paint mixing room equipment including mixers, scales, and dispensers.
- Perform quality checks on mixed paint batches, record results, and adjust processes to meet specifications.
- Monitor and manage paint inventory levels, coordinate replenishment to prevent production delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mixing area in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document batch data, deviations, and maintenance activities accurately in the system.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in paint mixing or paint shop operations.
- Proficiency in paint mixing techniques and understanding of paint chemistry.
- Experience operating and maintaining paint mixing room equipment (mixers, scales, dispensers).
- Strong grasp of quality control procedures and ability to perform batch testing.
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
