The Technical Support Specialist provides high-quality technical support for OpenText products.
The role addresses customer concerns through technical problem solving and customer service.
What the role offers
- Represent OpenText as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
- Manage incidents and collaborate with other teams while following service-level agreements and performance indicators.
- Support customers with strong written and verbal communication, customer focus, and empathy.
- Meet service delivery guidelines and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as a trusted customer advocate.
What you will need to succeed
- At least 2 years of prior experience working with relevant technologies.
- A university or college degree in a related discipline.
- Willingness to work weekday shifts and weekend on-call coverage.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM.
