Responsibilities
- Identify and assess moonshot opportunities through environmental scanning and competitive benchmarking
- Build structured pipeline of moonshot opportunities for leadership consideration
- Assess potential impact of moonshots qualitatively and quantitatively
- Lead and contribute to defining DFF's overall strategic direction and annual corporate priorities
- Design and facilitate executive strategy workshops and board level presentations
- Oversee adherence to DFF wide strategic frameworks and governance structures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- 4 6 years of experience in a top tier multinational consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Accenture Strategy, or equivalent)
- Strong financial and economic acumen: fluency in business case development, investment analysis, economic impact assessment, and financial modelling
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Associate Strategy Manager, Moonshots reports to Director of Strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Moonshot Identification & Impact Assessment: Scan global trends and assess moonshots.
- Corporate Strategy & Direction: Define strategic direction and annual priorities.
- Governance & Organizational Alignment: Ensure adherence to strategic frameworks.
- Project Strategy & Deep Dive Engagements: Embed with project teams for strategic guidance.
- Digital Transformation & Innovation: Support digital transformation opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related; advanced degree a plus.
- 4 6 years in top tier consulting firm.
- Strong economics background and ability to quantify impact.
- Exceptional structured problem solving.
- Strong financial and economic acumen.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience with AI tools and digital transformation.
- Emirati candidates preferred.
