  • DFF oversees initiatives including Museum of the Future, Area 2071, Dubai Future Accelerators, and more.

Where does this role fit?

  • The Associate Strategy and Performance Manager reports to the Senior Strategy Manager within the Strategy and Strategic Capital Department.
  • The vertical focuses on strategic planning, portfolio governance, PMO, capital allocation, operating model design, and performance frameworks.

  • This role bridges strategy and delivery, translating moonshots into mandates and holding the portfolio accountable.

Strategic Needs Translation

  • Build deep understanding of DFF's needs at corporate and project levels.
  • Engage with project teams to anticipate problems and translate strategic direction into actionable mandates.
  • Maintain a living, enterprise wide view of the portfolio.

Portfolio Alignment, Orchestration & Cross Functional Delivery

  • Align efforts across the portfolio, identifying overlaps, gaps, dependencies, and synergies.
  • Establish and run portfolio governance including prioritization frameworks and stage gates.
  • Manage cross project dependencies and resolve conflicts.

Goal Setting, OKRs & Scorecard Supervision

  • Set, review, and approve project and portfolio goals tied to DFF's moonshots.
  • Develop and supervise OKR based scorecards across the portfolio.
  • Track portfolio level KPIs and provide early warning indicators.

FP&A, Financial Oversight & Capital Allocation

  • Build and maintain FP&A view of each project and consolidate into portfolio level financial picture.
  • Partner with Finance to support annual budget cycles.
  • Support capital allocation decisions and apply business case discipline.

Operating Model & Process Design

  • Help design and evolve DFF's operating model.
  • Document and assess existing processes, design optimizations, and lead re engineering initiatives.

Digital Transformation, Tooling & AI Enablement

  • Support DFF's digital transformation agenda at the enterprise level.
  • Support adoption of new tools and platforms, map processes to tools, and develop AI enabled solutions.

Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish PMO standards, templates, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and own a central project management dashboard.
  • Produce executive ready briefings and manage stakeholder relationships.
