About the Organization
Franklin Templeton describes a global asset management organization focused on client relationships, market insight, and long-term wealth creation.
The Legal and Compliance Technology department supports applications for trade compliance, KYC/KYD, agreement management, legal documents, contract lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.
Technical Responsibilities
- Administer and support legal and compliance applications.
- Configure, test, and maintain enterprise platforms.
- Manage data, integrations, and batch processing.
- Support access management, user administration, troubleshooting, and release management.
- Support regulatory and compliance technology platforms.
Functional and Collaboration Responsibilities
- Analyze legal and compliance business processes.
- Document business and functional requirements and translate them into application enhancements.
- Support workflow optimization, automation, audit readiness, and regulatory readiness.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, technology teams, and compliance specialists.
- Provide documentation, application support, and status updates.
Experience, Education, and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
- An AI-first mentality, foundational programming and database knowledge, and hands-on AI productivity tool experience are required.
