About the Department

The Technology Quality Assurance team delivers enterprise-wide testing services for reliable, high-quality technology solutions.

The team provides functional, automation, performance, and data testing across web, mobile, API, and data platforms.

The team works collaboratively in an Agile delivery model with an automation-first approach and growing AI-enabled quality practices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute functional and automation tests.
  • Support web, mobile, data, and API testing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks.
  • Create test scenarios and acceptance tests.
  • Perform performance test scripting and execution.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
  • Validate software quality throughout development.

Strategic and Team Responsibilities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and apply AI-enabled testing practices.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and quality, and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
  • Identify testing opportunities across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and deployment teams.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, manage defects to resolution, and document test findings.
  • Support issue investigation and root-cause analysis.

Experience and Education

  • The role requires 2–5 years of software testing experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Financial services or investment banking experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to data quality solutions is beneficial.

Technical Skills

  • Strong automation testing experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or Codecept.js is required.
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript testing frameworks is required.
  • Experience in API, data, and performance testing is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases is required.
  • Knowledge of LoadRunner or JMeter and familiarity with ICEDQ are required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are expected.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery principles and software development and testing life cycles is required.
  • An AI-first mindset, continuous learning mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams are expected.

Work Schedule

  • Work shift timing is 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
