Department overview
The Advisor Digital Solutions Technology team develops and supports the Portfolio Analytics Tool.
The platform helps financial professionals create client portfolios through analytics, diagnostics, and investment insights.
The team works with Portfolio Solutions, Internal Sales, product owners, and engineering teams.
Software delivery
- Design and develop software solutions, full-stack applications, services, and APIs.
- Participate in sprint planning, release planning, prioritization, coding, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Support application deployments, releases, production operations, issue resolution, and unit testing.
AI and innovation
- Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence capabilities and improve workflows through automation.
- Apply prompt engineering, integrate and monitor AI solutions in production, and research emerging technologies.
- Evaluate scalable technology solutions and contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaboration
- Partner with product owners, engineers, technical leaders, and stakeholders across teams, regions, and business functions.
- Coordinate testing activities, support user acceptance, and contribute to coding standards and development practices.
