- Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
- Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers
- Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise
- Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance technical knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about identity management and endpoint protection
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team oriented environment

Role Overview
- Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Associate Security Engineer will work closely with Help AG’s Managed Security Controls unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in network security, identity management, and endpoint protection technologies. You’ll work along

- Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- Exposure to or interest in technologies such as: Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), Microsoft PKI, Email Security (Proofpoint), DLP Solutions (Proofpoint and Forecpoint), nCipher HSM, Tripwire Enterprise, Broadcom Symantec SEP, EDR, CAS, Broadcom IGA (CA Identity Manager Suite).
