Role Overview
Associate Relationship Manager position supporting Vistra's Corporate & Private Client Services team in the UAE.
The role reports to the Business Unit Head and is described as full-time and permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international corporate and private client portfolios as the main point of contact.
- Deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, including company formations, filings, and governance support.
- Support UAE jurisdictional work across ADGM, DIFC, free zones, and offshore structures.
- Manage KYC, onboarding, regulatory requirements, annual reviews, and remediation.
- Support revenue growth through relationship management and upsell opportunities.
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and portfolio financial management.
- Maintain client records, report to management, escalate issues, and improve processes.
Key Requirements
- At least one year of experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations.
- Experience in compliance, KYC, and regulatory filings.
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or a similar field; a relevant professional qualification is a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, client management, and independent working ability.
