Associate QA Analyst - Swing Shift

Essential Duties

• Assist in executing manual functional, regression, and smoke tests for assigned features under supervision.
• Support creation and maintenance of test cases and test steps in X-ray based on defined requirements and templates.
• Help identify, document, and log software defects in Jira with clear steps to reproduce.
• Assist senior team members with basic automated test script activities using Playwright as directed.
• Participate in requirement grooming sessions to learn testability concepts and acceptance criteria.
• Help prepare and update testing documentation in Confluence under guidance.
• Support verification of bug fixes and assigned regression test activities.
• Provide testing progress updates and defect status during daily stand-ups with team support.
• Complete assigned QA learning activities and apply new tools, processes, and frameworks as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
