Job Description
Ensure effective direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects in line with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver milestones and objectives on time.
- Monitor scope, schedule, quality, and risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews with stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with business units, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination when applicable.
- Maintain stakeholder communication, expectation management, alignment, and escalation.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaborative, accountable project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
