Overview

  • Drive beverage portfolio growth and accelerate market share gain in key priority channels
  • (Facility Management, Offices, Catering, Hotels, Key Accounts, etc.).
  • Execute annual commercial plans aligned with company growth strategy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and white spaces within the market.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and volume targets.
  • Manage and develop influential relationships with strategic customers ensuring key account development & retention
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and promotions.
  • Develop joint business plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth.
  • Ensure strong picture of success execution and visibility at customer outlets.
  • Develop ROI-based proposals for customers to maximize value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights.
  • Support launches of new innovations and solutions.
  • Identify premiumization and upselling opportunities.
  • Track KPIs including volume, revenue, distribution, machine productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and processes while contributing to the trade asset management cycle by executing the trade assets placement plan flawlessly in the workplace.
