Drive the Implementation of EHS systems ORGANISATION CHART Head EHS --> Manager - EHS --> Associate Manager - EHS KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CEA regulations, PESO licenses, and other applicable legal requirements. Zero statutory non-compliances; timely submission of statutory returns and reports. Lead hazard identification, HIRA, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessment activities. 100% coverage of critical activities through risk assessments; closure of identified risks within agreed timelines. Drive incident prevention through proactive safety inspections, audits, and behavioral safety interventions. Follow Zero Harm; >95% closure of audit observations within target dates. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; identify root causes and track corrective actions. 100% incident investigations completed within stipulated timelines; CAPA closure rate >95%. Develop and execute contractor safety management programs. Contractor safety compliance >95%; Conduct EHS training, induction, refresher programs, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
