Architect - Design

Support planning and early-stage design development for new airport terminals and related landside/airside interfaces by collating inputs from relevant disciplines and maintaining action/decision trackers.

Assist with data collection and basic checks (e.g., traffic inputs, area/capacity summaries, passenger flow sketches and Level of Service notes) to support option comparisons and concept reviews under guidance.

Prepare and update drawings, layouts, schedules, and presentations as directed, incorporating review comments and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and submission readiness.

Maintain design documentation and records (minutes, comment logs, and draft submission packs) and support checks for alignment with applicable guidelines/standards and statutory requirements under supervision.

Arch Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Design, City or Regional or Urban Design, Architecture or Aviation related field RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 3–5 years’ experience in architecture, urban design, and/or airport design support (e.g., land-use planning, transportation planning, environmental planning, master planning, terminal planning/design).

Working proficiency in CAD/BIM and 3D modelling tools, with strong visual/graphic communication skills and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), AI. Ability to work independently on assigned drafting/modelling tasks and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams under guidance. Would be given an added score if candidate has a working knowledge of relevant aviation guidelines/standards (ICAO, DGCA CAR, BCAS, IATA) and applicable building/environment regulations; able to apply requirements with supervision.
