- Experience in the banking industry
- Prior experience in M&A transactions considered a plus

Job Summary
- To support overall M&A strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios
- Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing
- Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, other advisers, and the clients
- Involved in day to day project management and execution support
- Research and analysis of markets and industries
- Research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
Skills and Qualification
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a passion for excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to deliver under time pressure
- Prior experience in M&A transactions would be considered a plus
- Education: Degree or post graduate qualified from a top tier school is preferred
- Professional Qualifications: Experience in the banking industry
