Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation of physical and system stock
- Identify, analyze, and resolve stock variances and shrinkage trends
- Lead cycle counts, full stocktakes, and ad hoc physical verifications
- Monitor stock cover and Days on Hand to prevent overstocking or stockouts
- Manage slow movers, discontinued items, and excess inventory
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure proper controls
- Oversee return processes, transfers, and supplier related adjustments
- Conduct SKU level analysis to highlight risks and improvement areas
- Prepare clear inventory performance reports for management
- Support month end closing and reconciliation with finance
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in Inventory management
- Detail oriented, structured, and able to prioritize
- Ability to interact with senior level executives and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Fluent English and Arabic highly advantageous

Role Summary
- The Inventory Controller oversees inventory performance across multiple stores, ensuring strong stock governance in 3PL and owned distribution centers and dark stores.
- Accountable for maintaining high inventory accuracy, controlling shrinkage, optimizing stock levels, and standardizing processes across countries.
- Acts as a central control tower driving alignment between supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, commercial, and store teams.
