Role Overview
Grow Raytheon's business in Saudi Arabia, develop the pipeline, engage external customers, and represent customer needs to internal stakeholders.
Serve on the Saudi Arabia country team and report to the Raytheon Director of Requirements and Capabilities.
Support effective operation of the Saudi Arabia Requirements and Capabilities function.
Strategy and Customer Engagement
- Evaluate customer insights and market dynamics to support enterprise strategy for the Royal Saudi Armed Forces.
- Update stakeholders on customer needs, market data, opportunities, pursuits, and milestones.
- Understand and communicate the KSA customer's budgeting and requirements process.
- Develop country-strategy inputs and communicate them to strategic business units.
- Use customer priorities, operational analysis, and capability gaps to shape new business opportunities.
- Develop customer contact and engagement plans and establish a unified approach to relationship management.
Operations and Pipeline Management
- Coordinate customer correspondence, capture and proposal gate reviews, leadership visits, trade shows, consultants, and internal reviews.
