Job Summary
Raytheon is seeking a Requirements & Capabilities Director for its wholly owned subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The role drives UAE solutions, performance, relationships, strategy, and business growth objectives.
The position reports to the Vice President for Requirements & Capabilities and CENTCOM Region and is matrixed to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates, Limited.
The position is onsite.
Responsibilities
- Develop country strategy using customer needs, buying power, and market dynamics.
- Lead Customer Account Managers and grow customer relationships and pipeline.
- Support international business development, customer campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholder updates, customer insights, market opportunities, pursuits, milestones, and agreements.
- Drive integrated pipeline reviews, coordinated opportunity development, and enterprise growth.
- Build strategic relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners and advise senior leaders.
