Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based onsite at Raytheon Saudi Arabia headquarters in Riyadh.
- The role supports activities across Riyadh and Jeddah.
Job Summary
Provide strategic contractual and commercial leadership across Raytheon Saudi Arabia programs and business activities.
Lead contractual, commercial, compliance, governance, and customer engagement activities across Raytheon Saudi Arabia.
Partner with RSA leadership, RTX business units, program teams, and Saudi government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of contracts and commercial activities across RSA programs and pursuits.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, review, administration, amendments, and compliance.
- Partner with program and business leaders on contractual risks, proposals, pricing reviews, and business decisions.
- Interface with Saudi Ministry of Defense stakeholders, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Lead customer correspondence management and stakeholder communication.
- Drive compliance with RTX policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
