About the Role

- Lead and oversee complex client engagements, ensuring high quality delivery and risk management
Requirements
- 10+ years in corporate treasury or advisory within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
- Thorough understanding of corporate treasury concepts including In House Banks, Payment Factories, cash pooling, liquidity forecasting, FX processes
- Proven track record leading treasury transformation projects
- Good technical knowledge of treasury systems (KYRIBA, FIS, SAP Hana, GTreasury, etc.)
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus

Job Description
- The Regulatory and Risk Advisory (RRA) team provides treasury advisory services to corporate clients.
- Services include leadership of transformation programmes, review and implementation of treasury strategies, policies, target operating models, cash/liquidity management, hedging strategies, and treasury systems selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and strategic development of the corporate treasury practice.
- Act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers.
- Own and contribute to revenue generation, including leading pursuits and shaping proposals.
- Lead go to market initiatives, develop market propositions, and contribute to thought leadership.
- Actively shape and influence the corporate treasury agenda.
- Lead and oversee complex client engagements.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of corporate Treasury covering key concepts for In House Banks, Payment Factories, POBO/COBO, cash pooling, liquidity forecasting, FX processes and bank connectivity.
- Proven track record leading treasury transformation projects.
- Good technical knowledge of treasury systems and previous experience in systems selection and implementation.
- Prior experience in financial modeling and financial risk management.
- Detailed knowledge of treasury products pricing and accounting treatments.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to lead teams in complex environments.
- Strong ability to map client business requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving business development.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with client facing experience.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in corporate treasury or advisory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA.
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis and advanced financial modeling skills.
- Experience in analytical and treasury systems such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP HANA, GTreasury, ION, etc.
- Fluent English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus.
