Role overview
Raytheon Emirates is seeking an experienced Associate Program Management Director to support capture, planning, and execution of UAE projects.
The role reports to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates and works with the lead Program Manager, functional resources, and other Raytheon businesses.
Projects may support Raytheon's global supply chain or UAE-specific local and export markets.
Workplace and travel
- This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The role requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
What you will do
- Support project management, execution, governance, controls, planning, reporting, risk management, and customer commitments.
- Manage cost account activities, Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and project performance reporting.
- Support capture, bid, proposal, tender, business development, and offset-credit reporting activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote collaboration and best-practice sharing.
- Follow company conduct, confidentiality, health and safety requirements.
