Role Overview
Raytheon Emirates is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Program Management to support the capture, planning, and execution of projects reporting to the Managing Director.
The role works with program management, functional, and Raytheon business teams to optimize project execution and maximize return.
Projects may support UAE industry partnerships, global supply-chain production, and UAE-specific local or export markets.
Location and Travel
- This role is explicitly onsite in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The position requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
What You Will Do
- Support project management, oversight, and execution against contract, customer, supplier, and internal requirements.
- Maintain risk, production, quality, budget, schedule, program controls, and performance management processes.
- Plan budgets, scope, milestones, deliverables, and the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Maintain plans and schedules, report progress, identify problems, and support delivery commitments.
- Manage risk and opportunity review boards and mitigation plans.
