Job Purpose
Lead the development and delivery of the DFSA's performance management, succession, Emiratisation, and organizational development agenda.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across organizational capability, succession planning, UAEN development, and related HR initiatives.
Support the Head of HR in translating HR strategy into measurable programs that strengthen performance, capability, retention, and succession.
Strategy and Functional Leadership
- Contribute to HR strategy and annual business planning, with ownership of performance management, succession, Emiratisation, and organizational development priorities.
- Provide strategic advice to the Head of HR and senior stakeholders on performance, capability, succession, talent pipelines, and UAEN development.
- Translate priorities into annual plans, measures, governance arrangements, management information, and progress monitoring.
Performance Management
- Lead the development and implementation of the performance management framework.
- Oversee objective setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, moderation, and calibration across the organization.
