- The role requires extensive travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally, including the United States.
Job Summary
Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Director, Program Liaison to support THAAD programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The role manages collaboration between RSADF leadership and Raytheon to deliver contract and subcontract requirements on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
The role manages risk, end-user expectations, stakeholder communication, and program obligations in Saudi Arabia.
Program Liaison and Stakeholder Management
- Maintain relationships with RSADF end users and coordinate expectations with Raytheon OCONUS and CONUS teams.
- Communicate program scope, technical compliance, delivery, and milestones to RSADF leadership.
- Serve as the primary interface for deployed THAAD radar operations and sustainment.
- Interface with RSADF, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, and Saudi industry partners.
