Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Facilities Management operations across Global Village, ensuring all assets are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently
- Define and execute FM strategy aligned with business objectives, including annual OPEX and CAPEX planning
- Manage service providers and contractors, driving performance through SLAs, KPIs, and effective vendor oversight
- Oversee maintenance of critical systems including MEP, utilities, buildings, and life safety systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Projects, Leasing, Events) to support business readiness and guest experience
- Lead seasonal operations including pre opening readiness, peak operations, and shutdown maintenance planning
- Manage FM budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure effective cost control
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong experience in Facilities Management within retail, commercial, or similar environments
- Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and service performance through SLAs and KPIs
- Solid understanding of building systems including MEP, HVAC, utilities, and life safety
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capability
- Good knowledge of HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and safe working practices

About You Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

About You Desired
- Experience in theme parks, entertainment, or large scale destination environments
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in Facilities Management or Engineering
- Exposure to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within FM operations
