Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building services projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and innovation of engineering processes
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring alignment of project goals and expectations
- Oversee the design, analysis, and review of complex structural systems, ensuring compliance with codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Conduct design reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure the reliability, safety, and integrity of engineering solutions
- Responsible for engagement with the EC team and the utilisation of the project team, including UAE and EC resources on projects
- Lead digital transformation through system optimisation, advanced simulation strategies, and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit, Revizto, ACC, and BIM 360
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of building systems, provide expert recommendations to clients, and develop project specifications
- Contribute to proposals, technical presentations, and bids, supporting the acquisition of new projects and strengthening client relationships

- Minimum of 15+ years experience in the Electrical / ELV field
- Minimum of 5+ years leading multi disciplinary teams and ELV design on vertical projects

Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering is required
- A minimum of 15+ years experience is required in the Electrical / ELV field.
- A minimum of 5+ leading multi disciplinary teams and ELV design on vertical projects.
