Role overview
The Associate Director of Data Sciences will lead the strategic direction of AI and data intelligence initiatives at SOTI.
The role oversees data science capabilities, aligns initiatives with business objectives, and mentors teams delivering enterprise AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the Data Science function developing and delivering AI-driven capabilities across SOTI's product portfolio.
- Define and refine the enterprise-wide AI strategy across machine learning, advanced analytics, and data intelligence.
- Translate emerging AI and machine learning developments into practical innovations.
- Partner with Product Management and Development to embed predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automation into SOTI One products.
- Guide and mentor data scientists and ML engineers and foster experimentation, innovation, and delivery excellence.
- Drive scalable machine learning pipelines and data platforms for device telemetry and operational data.
- Operationalize models in production with engineering teams using modern MLOps practices.
- Prioritize AI opportunities for product intelligence, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and operational insights.
- Advise executive leadership on AI trends, risks, investments, and strategic roadmaps.
