This is a senior, commercially driven leadership role with full ownership of new business acquisition and account expansion across the UAE and wider MENA market.
The Associate Director will lead strategic sales initiatives across a diversified portfolio of professional training solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, high-value offerings.
The role requires deep market expertise, a strong network within corporate and government sectors, and the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client acquisition and business development initiatives across the MENA region, driving sustained revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed high-value revenue targets across a diversified portfolio
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Leverage an established network of senior HR, L&D, and C-suite stakeholders to secure large-scale B2B contracts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and position customized training and development solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and positioning
- Drive proposal excellence and contribute to high-impact client presentations and negotiations
