Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine CMS architecture (Contentful preferred) ensuring reusable, structured content types
- Implement and manage content models, taxonomy structures and metadata governance
- Support API integrations and structured data enhancement
- Ensure continuous CMS housekeeping, documentation and user guidance
- Coordinate content gathering, drafting, review, translation and publishing
- Manage bilingual content updates across web, app and chatbot platforms
- Ensure semantic consistency across languages and channels
- Maintain content standards aligned with brand tone of voice and editorial guidelines
- Implement minor HTML and CSS adjustments where required
- Ensure content is optimised for search performance and AI retrieval systems
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with SEO agency and analytics teams to improve discoverability and engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in digital content management or CMS administration
- Degree in Marketing, Media, or Advertising
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (Contentful preferred), HTML & CSS
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and structured content principles
- Experience in content modeling, taxonomy design, and metadata governance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Role Overview

CMS Architecture & Content Management

End to End Content Process

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills
