Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary Associate Creative Director to lead and oversee the full creative direction, workflow, and execution across multiple luxury real estate projects in the UAE.
  • This is a senior creative leadership role responsible for elevating brands across every touchpoint, maintaining world class creative standards, and developing innovative campaigns aligned with luxury real estate and branded residence positioning.

Mandatory UAE Real Estate Experience

  • Direct experience working on real estate projects with a UAE based developer is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be currently or previously employed by a recognised real estate developer in the UAE, or by a creative agency where they directly managed creative work for a minimum of three to four UAE real estate projects for established developers.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio covering UAE real estate project launches, development branding, campaign concepts, brochures, digital content, outdoor advertising, CGI, film production and sales centre experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall creative vision and execution across multiple luxury real estate brands and development projects.
  • Ensure all creative work reflects premium, luxury and globally competitive brand standards.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity systems across all platforms, developments and campaigns.
  • Translate marketing, sales and business objectives into impactful creative strategies and concepts.
  • Develop strong campaign directions across digital, print, outdoor, social media, film, events, activations and sales environments.
  • Drive innovation, storytelling and creative excellence across every customer touchpoint.
  • Establish a clear and consistent creative direction for project launches, destination campaigns and branded residences.

Team Management and Workflow Oversight

  • Manage and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams including Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Motion Designers, Content Creators, Videographers, Editors, CGI and Production Teams.
  • Oversee the complete creative workflow from briefing and concept development through to final execution.
  • Establish and optimise creative processes, timelines, approval stages and quality control systems.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with campaign and commercial objectives.
  • Conduct regular creative reviews, feedback sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Manage multiple real estate projects and launch timelines simultaneously.

Campaign Development and Production

  • Lead the creative development and delivery of real estate development brands, project launch campaigns, branded residence campaigns, social media content, luxury brochures and sales collateral, outdoor and OOH campaigns, CGI, animation and film productions, event and launch branding, sales centre an
  • Supervise photography, video production, editing, CGI, animation and post production.
  • Work closely with production houses, agencies, photographers, directors and specialist vendors.
  • Ensure consistency between the approved creative vision and the final execution.
  • Review project renders, architectural visuals and lifestyle imagery to ensure alignment with the positioning of each development.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Report directly to the Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, CRM, PR, social media, sales and development teams.
  • Align creative direction with project positioning, target audiences, sales objectives and launch timelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch presentations, project launches and strategic planning.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign directions confidently to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the long term development of the company’s real estate brand portfolio.

Quality Control and Brand Governance

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all creative materials.
  • Ensure consistency across projects, developments and communication channels.
  • Review and approve final creative outputs before publication or release.
  • Establish luxury level creative standards for internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all content accurately represents the development, project specifications and approved brand positioning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, Creative Direction or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in creative, art direction or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high end branding, integrated campaigns, film direction and luxury creative work.
  • Experience working for a leading branding, advertising or integrated marketing agency is highly preferred.
  • Direct UAE real estate project experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in luxury real estate, branded residences, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive or other premium sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate marketing, development launches and property buyer audiences.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Art Direction, Creative Strategy, Real Estate Branding, Brand Identity, Typography, Visual Storytelling, Video Production, CGI and Animation, Motion Graphics, Social Media Content, Luxury Brand Communication, Project Launch Campaigns, Sales Collateral and Brochure Development
  • Knowledge of AI creative tools, emerging design technologies and current content trends is an advantage.
