The employer is an interior design company seeking an Associate Creative Director based in Dubai.
The role supports creative vision, design standards, design quality, team guidance, innovation, and risk escalation.
Key aspects of the role
- Support the Creative Director in maintaining the overall creative vision and design standards.
- Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables while providing creative direction and feedback.
- Oversee design quality across luxury residential projects, particularly for VIP clients.
- Balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
- Guide the design team toward consistent, high-quality output.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement across design and FF&E.
- Escalate important creative or project risks to senior leadership.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with luxury projects and VIP clients.
- Understanding of Arabic and European design styles.
- Strong creative judgement and ability to review, challenge, and develop design concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
