Role Overview
Crusoe is seeking an Associate Construction Engineer to join our Project Execution team, supporting the field execution of large-scale power generation projects for AI data center infrastructure.
This role works alongside and under the direction of a senior Construction Engineer, developing the field engineering skills, construction knowledge, and technical judgment required to independently own a project's field execution scope.
You will be an active presence on construction sites — supporting inspection activities, managing field documentation, tracking RFIs and submittals, and building the cross-discipline construction knowledge that defines this career path.
During construction and commissioning phases, this position requires significant site presence, requiring resident assignment.
During engineering and procurement phases, site travel is limited to vendor and site visits.

- Compensation:
- Compensation will be paid in the range of $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. (#INDDIG)
