Role Overview
Marsh Risk is recruiting an Associate Client Executive for its Corporate Segment team in Dubai.
The role supports client service delivery, relationship management, renewals, reporting, and brokerage operations across the UAE and Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Client Executive function and manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Build relationships with client decision-makers and support client retention and satisfaction.
- Support monthly renewals, prepare NB forecast reports, and develop pre-renewal reports and presentations.
- Support segment initiatives, TOM-related activities, operational coordination, and team meeting planning.
- Help organize meetings between the Segment Leader and Middle East country CEOs.
- Contribute to efficient team delivery and daily client servicing operations.
Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of professional experience are requested, and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Candidates should be client-oriented, collaborative, and able to follow established procedures.
