Role overview
Marsh is seeking a Junior Aviation Contracts & Certification Advisor to join its Aviation team.
The role supports aviation contractual documentation, certification, and insurance-related matters for clients.
The position is suited to an early-career legal, paralegal, or contract-administration professional.
Responsibilities
- Review aviation contracts, lease-related documents, policy wordings, and related materials.
- Prepare certificates of insurance and supporting documentation accurately.
- Support review and negotiation of contractual and insurance provisions.
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, brokers, insurers, lessors, external counsel, and stakeholders.
- Identify key contractual requirements and assist with compliant aviation certifications.
- Develop technical knowledge of aviation insurance, contractual risk allocation, and certification processes.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues through mentoring and development.
Required qualifications and skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for insurance and contractual matters.
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
