Role Overview
Marsh is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for its Sales Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new clients within partnership schemes and driving business growth.
The position offers a hybrid working model with office or client-site attendance expected at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of new business through proactive outreach, networking, and partnership referrals.
- Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events.
- Research prospects and plan customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop relationships with potential and existing clients to increase solution penetration.
- Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals across the full product suite.
- Prepare due diligence reports and presentations for client requests.
- Deliver presentations and guide senior-level stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM records and exceed sales performance targets.
- Stay informed about medical and non-medical insurance product trends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
