Role Purpose

  • The Associate, Business Process Excellence (BPE) drives process excellence, continuous improvement, and operational performance across TAQA Distribution.
  • Supports enterprise wide Lean initiatives, process optimization, automation and analytics use cases, and capability building.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Support identification, analysis, and prioritization of process improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate Lean improvement initiatives (Kaizen, A3, DMAIC, PDCA).
  • Conduct process diagnostics, root cause analysis, waste identification, and baseline performance assessments.
  • Support standardization, documentation, and optimization of core and supporting business processes.

Lean Programmed & TAQA Way Enablement

  • Actively support delivery of Lean trainings and TAQA Way deployment.
  • Coach and support improvement initiative owners.
  • Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Contribute to change management, engagement, and communication activities.

Digital, Automation & Analytics Enablement

  • Support identification and assessment of automation, RPA, AI, and digital optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to process analytics, performance dashboards, and KPI monitoring.
  • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation.

Governance, Reporting & Value Realization

  • Support governance processes for improvement initiatives.
  • Track benefits and support value realization reporting.
  • Prepare high quality executive level presentations, dashboards, and progress reports.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges.
  • Act as a trusted BPE partner to functions.
  • Support cross functional collaboration to drive enterprise impact.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5 10 years of relevant experience in business process excellence, continuous improvement, operations excellence, or consulting.
  • Hands on experience in Lean methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
  • PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience supporting cross functional improvement initiatives in large or complex organizations.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, analytics, or process mining is a strong advantage.
