- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts
- Produce drawings and specifications that have been red lined by others
- Research and develop design and product solutions and present them for consideration
- Inspect architectural or interior design features on project sites and record conditions
- Interface with other project team members to set goals and meet shared deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 0–2 years of relevant experience on similar residential projects in Saudi Arabia
- Working knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model building, and presentation drawing
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Architect (Saudi National) to join our Team!
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards for specific architectural or interior design tasks from general design information in accordance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
- Utilizes technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
- Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings and design layouts.
- Produces drawings and specifications that have been red lined by others.
- Researches and develops design and product solutions and presents them for consideration.
- Inspects architectural or interior design features on project sites and records conditions.
- Interfaces with other project team members to set goals and meet shared deadlines.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience on similar residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Requires working knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model building, and presentation drawing.
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design is also required.
