Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving of raw materials and engineering spares against Local Purchase Orders
- Ensure immediate Quality Control sampling and prompt logging of Goods Receipt Notes into ERP
- Optimize indoor pallet racking and outdoor yard storage for large diameter products
- Lead daily cycle counting programs and implement root cause analysis for stock variances
- Enforce strict FIFO rules and batch traceability from raw material to finished goods
- Execute daily picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of finished goods according to Sales/Delivery Orders
- Oversee error free generation of Delivery Notes, packing lists, and gate passes
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, manage shift rosters, and evaluate worker performance
- Mandate 100% PPE compliance and daily safety checks for Material Handling Equipment
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management within manufacturing
- Leadership experience managing teams of 15 30+
- Knowledge of FIFO and 5S methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems
